Aovigo is a marketplace connecting travellers with independent drivers and transportation businesses offering scheduled trips. Aovigo does not operate vehicles and is not a carrier.
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
A booking is confirmed when payment is accepted and a QR ticket is issued. Prices are shown per seat, including taxes and fees where indicated.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Mobile money methods may be subject to the operator's own terms.
Full refund up to 24 hours before departure, 50% up to 2 hours before, unless the trip page states otherwise. If a driver cancels, you are refunded in full.
Operators must submit identity, licence or registration, insurance and real vehicle photos. Publishing trips requires an approved verification. Vehicle details (photo, colour, plate) must stay accurate.
Be on time at the meeting point and respect trip rules and fellow passengers. Unsafe behaviour can lead to account suspension.
To the extent permitted by law, Aovigo is not liable for delays, loss or damage arising from the trip itself. Your primary recourse is with the trip operator.
